Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver
Shimla city areas including Mall Road, Lakkar Bazaar, Lower Bazaar, Chhota Shimla, Sanjauli, Dhalli, Jakhoo, Kaithu, Boileauganj, Totu and Summer Hill, and other PIN codes across India served by our courier partners. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout.
2. How long it takes
- Within Shimla city: usually 2–4 business days.
- Rest of India: usually 5–6 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Weather, road closures in the hills, festivals and courier delays can add time. The shop packs each order within 48 hours of confirmation. You will see tracking details in your account once the order is dispatched.
3. Delivery charges
A delivery charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹500. Orders of ₹500 or more are delivered free. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Failed deliveries
Please give a reachable phone number. If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the shop. In that case the forward and return shipping is deducted from your refund (within the cap in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy), and the rest is refunded to your original payment method after the item comes back.
